Terms And Conditions
The contract between you and Gatescore Ltd, including the documentary audit boundary and the limits of our liability.
Version 1.4 · Effective 14 September 2026 · www.gatescore.ai/terms
1. Who these terms are between
These terms are a contract between you and Gatescore Ltd, company number 17241991, registered at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. In these terms, Gatescore, we, us and our mean Gatescore Ltd. You means the person or organisation using the service.
Gatescore is managed and administered by Resource Pool (Private) Limited, a company registered in Pakistan under SECP registration number 0324964, with its office at 3rd Floor, Manzoor Plaza, G-6/2, Blue Area, Islamabad 44000. Resource Pool (Private) Limited runs day to day operations, support and local payment handling on behalf of Gatescore Ltd. Your contract for any audit is with Gatescore Ltd, which remains responsible for the service under these terms.
By creating an account, buying an audit, or using www.gatescore.ai in any way, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
2. Definitions
- Audit. The documentary compliance check we run on the file you submit.
- Report. The set of digital documents produced by an audit.
- Readiness score. The numeric result of the audit, expressed out of 100 and capped at 92.
- Rule pack. The set of published documentary requirements for a given destination and visa or deployment route, maintained by Gatescore against official guidance.
- Agent. A business appointed by Gatescore to run audits on behalf of its own clients.
- Applicant. The individual whose documents are audited.
3. What the service is
Gatescore audits the documents in an applicant file against published documentary requirements and reports what is missing, weak, inconsistent or out of date. The audit produces a readiness score, a pillar breakdown, an issue-level fix list, and supporting documents that the applicant or their agent can act on.
4. What the service is not
- Gatescore does not provide immigration advice. We do not advise on which route to apply under, on eligibility, on strategy, or on how to present a case.
- Gatescore does not act as your representative before any embassy, consulate, high commission, visa application centre, government department or tribunal.
- Gatescore does not prepare, complete, check the truth of, sign or lodge any application.
- Gatescore does not predict, forecast or influence the outcome of any application. A high readiness score means the file looks documentary-sound against published requirements. It does not mean the application will succeed.
- Gatescore is not regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority, and does not need to be, because it gives no immigration advice.
- Gatescore does not verify the authenticity of your documents or the truth of what they say, unless a verification product that expressly does so is purchased and its own terms apply.
- Gatescore does not offer, arrange, promise or influence employment, sponsorship, admission or enrolment anywhere.
If you need immigration advice, consult a lawyer or an adviser regulated in the country you are applying to.
5. The readiness score
The readiness score is capped at 92 by design. No file can score higher, on any tier, on any route, ever. The cap exists because a documentary audit cannot account for every discretionary factor an assessing officer may consider, and we will not present any result as a certainty. Any material, in any language, that presents a Gatescore result as a guarantee, an approval, or a predicted outcome is unauthorised.
6. Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to buy an audit. An audit may be run on a minor's file by a parent or legal guardian who accepts these terms on the minor's behalf.
- You must give accurate registration details and keep your login credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account.
- Tell us at support@gatescore.ai as soon as you suspect unauthorised access.
7. Your responsibilities
- Your documents must be genuine, complete and yours to submit. Submitting forged, altered or borrowed documents is a criminal offence in most jurisdictions and is a serious breach of these terms.
- You must answer the audit questionnaire accurately. The audit reads what you give it. An answer that is wrong produces findings that are wrong, and that is not a defect in the service.
- Where you submit another person's documents, you confirm you have their authority to do so and have told them how their data will be used.
- You must not use the service to break any law, to misrepresent any fact to any authority, or to present Gatescore output as an official, government or embassy document.
8. Prohibited use
You must not resell, sublicense, scrape, reverse engineer, benchmark for a competing product, or systematically extract any part of the platform, the rule packs or the reports, except under a signed agent or enterprise agreement. You must not upload malware, attempt to bypass access controls, or interfere with the operation of the platform.
9. Agents
Appointed agents operate under a separate agent agreement which takes precedence over these terms where the two conflict. An agent is an independent business. An agent is not our employee, partner or representative, cannot bind Gatescore, and cannot make any promise about a visa outcome on our behalf. Any service fee an agent charges is the agent’s own. Appointment can be withdrawn at any time for misrepresentation, for overpromising outcomes, or for any breach of the agent agreement.
10. Payment
- Payment is taken at the point of purchase, before the audit runs.
- Accepted methods are shown at checkout and are processed by a licensed payment provider. Gatescore does not see or store your full card number.
- Chargebacks raised without first contacting billing@gatescore.ai may result in your account being suspended while the dispute is investigated.
- Your right to a refund is set out in the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
11. Intellectual property
The platform, rule packs, scoring methodology, report templates, brand and all related material are owned by Gatescore Ltd or its licensors. You keep ownership of the documents you upload. On purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use your own report for your own application, including sharing it with your own agent, sponsor, employer or educational institution.
12. Third party data
Entry, visa, health and passport information used in the entry and travel layer of a report is supplied by third party data providers and is attributed in the report. Scores, findings, remediation steps and the deployment readiness legs are produced by the Gatescore engine. Third party information is supplied as it stands and changes without notice. Always confirm current requirements with the relevant embassy, consulate or authority before you travel or submit.
13. Availability
We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third party outages and events beyond our control may interrupt it. Where a paid audit cannot be delivered because of a failure on our side, the refund policy applies.
14. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing in these terms removes the statutory rights of a consumer.
Subject to that, Gatescore is not liable for the refusal, delay, withdrawal or cancellation of any visa, permit, deployment or admission; for any decision taken by any authority, employer or institution; for losses arising from documents you supplied that were inaccurate, incomplete or not genuine; for any act or omission of an agent; or for indirect or consequential loss including lost profit, lost opportunity, travel costs, government fees or lost earnings.
15. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is used for fraud or misrepresentation, or that presents Gatescore output as an outcome guarantee. You may stop using the service at any time and may ask us to close your account by writing to support@gatescore.ai.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its version number and effective date. Material changes will be notified by email to account holders at least 14 days before they take effect. The terms that apply to a purchase are the terms in force when the purchase is made.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in Pakistan or another country, this does not remove the protection of any mandatory consumer law of your own country, and you may bring proceedings there where that law allows it.
18. Contact
Questions about these terms go to support@gatescore.ai, or by post to Gatescore Ltd, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
