Shipping and Delivery Policy

Gatescore sells a digital service. There is no physical product, no packaging, no courier and no postal delivery. Nothing will ever be shipped to your address, and no delivery, shipping, handling or customs charge is ever added to your order.

1. 1You complete the audit questionnaire and upload your documents.
2. 2You pay through the checkout.
3. 3The audit engine processes the file. Most audits return in under 150 seconds.
4. 4Your report appears in your Gatescore dashboard and is available for download as a PDF.
5. 5A confirmation email is sent to the address on your account with a link to the report and your invoice attached.

A small number of files are held for manual quality review, usually where an upload is unreadable or a document type is unrecognised. If that happens we tell you by email and complete the audit within the maximum shown above.

Check your spam or promotions folder first, then sign in to your dashboard, where every report you have paid for is stored for the retention period in our privacy policy. If it is still not there, contact support@gatescore.ai or the customer service number with your order reference. We will either re-deliver it or, if we cannot deliver it at all, refund you in full under the refund policy.

Verification certificates are valid for 180 days from issue and can be checked at any time at gatescore.ai/verify using the reference printed on the certificate.
