The moment

You know the feeling. It is six in the evening and your finger is over the pay button.

The client trusted you with their passport, their savings, their plans. You have typed a hundred answers from six documents, and you have checked it twice. But the passport number has nine characters and your eyes have been on a screen since morning. One swapped digit, one old spelling from a card that was reissued last week, one trip that the passport remembers and the form forgot.

None of that is a judgement call. None of it is immigration advice. It is transcription, and transcription is exactly the kind of mistake a careful person makes at six in the evening.

Assist exists for that moment. It reads what you filed against what the documents actually say, and tells you, plainly, where they disagree.

How it works

Three steps, and none of them changes how you file.

You keep working on the embassy's own system. Assist sits beside it.

1

Upload the client's documents

Passport, identity card, employer letter, bank statements, bookings. Assist reads the values out of them and shows you exactly what it read, so nothing is taken on trust.

2

Import the completed application

Copy the review page before you pay and paste it in. Assist checks every answer against the documents, and against the other answers, in seconds.

3

Fix, confirm, and file with confidence

Every correction with the right value beside it, ready to copy across. Import once more to confirm, record the clearance, and pay the fee knowing the file says what the documents say.

What it catches

The mistakes that are nobody's fault and everybody's problem.

Assist looks for the errors that get past careful people, not the ones only careless people make.

The digit you swapped

A passport or identity number typed with two characters transposed. Invisible to the eye, obvious to a document.

CM1749832 should be CM1749382

The old spelling

The identity card was reissued and corrected. The application still carries the version from the old copy in the folder.

SIDDIQUE should be SIDDIQUI

The trip the passport remembers

A stamp in the passport, and no mention of that journey on the travel history. Assist shows it before an entry clearance officer does.

not listed should include Turkiye, July 2024

The answers that contradict each other

Fourteen nights between the dates and ten in the box. A stay that ends before the trip begins. A parent born after the applicant. Money that does not add up.

10 nights where the dates give 14

The value that was never entered

A required answer left blank, including the follow-up questions a Yes opens and the declarations the form insists on.

empty where the form requires an answer

The document that is missing

If a question could be checked but the document that carries the answer was never uploaded, Assist says so, and writes the request to send your client.

utility bill not uploaded, five answers unchecked

What it will never do

Trust is easier to earn when you say what you will not do.

Assist is a documentary compliance check. It compares the application with the documents. That is the whole job, and it stays inside it.

It never answers for your client. Refusal history, criminality, health, who helped with the form: no document evidences those, so Assist reports nothing and supplies no answer.

It never guesses. A value is attributed to a document only when that kind of document carries it, and only when that document was uploaded.

It never treats silence as proof. A passport that shows a visit is evidence of the visit. A passport with no stamp is evidence of nothing, and Assist knows the difference.

It never chooses for you. When a document and the application disagree, it tells you they disagree. Which one is right is a conversation with your client.

It never predicts a decision. It does not score the application, does not say what the decision will be, and makes no promise about the outcome.

It never submits. You file the application on the destination's own system, as you always have. Assist holds nothing back and sends nothing on.

Built to a written standard.

Every release of Assist is tested against a published standard before it ships, and a build that fails any clause is not released. A tool that cannot fabricate a value is a different kind of tool.

Who it is for

Anyone whose name goes on someone else's application.

The agent filing it

A values sheet to type from, so the errors do not happen. A fix list with the right value beside each one, so the few that do are gone in minutes.

In practice: typing from one sheet instead of six documents.

The consultant reviewing it

Every answer side by side with the document it came from, and the problems marked. A review that used to take an hour takes ten minutes, and misses less.

In practice: seeing what a junior changed, and why, on one screen.

The owner answerable for it

A clearance record naming who cleared each case and when. A report showing what was going to be filed and what was changed. Evidence, kept on the case.

In practice: when a client asks what was done, handing them the report.

Destinations

Shown to you in the shape of the form you know.

Assist renders each destination's questions in the layout of that destination's own application, so you recognise it at a glance. It carries Gatescore's own identity throughout and says on every page that it is not the destination's service.

Assist reads a destination's form once that form has been captured and checked by a person. Coverage grows form by form, and we will always tell you which routes are live rather than imply more than we have.

Getting started

Approved agents open Assist from their CRM.

There is no separate sign-up and it is not sold to applicants. If your agency is approved with Gatescore, Assist is a click away on any case. If not yet, we would like to talk.

Documentary compliance check, not immigration advice.

Gatescore Assist compares a completed visa application with the documents it will be submitted with, and reports where the two disagree. It does not advise on immigration, does not represent applicants, does not answer any question on the application, and does not predict any decision.
